When contacting us about a plant problem, please include:
- the plant name, if known
- the visible symptom
- how long the problem has been happening
- watering and light conditions
- whether the plant was recently repotted, moved, fertilized, or exposed to cold/heat
Plant Symptom cannot provide emergency advice. If a person or pet may have eaten a toxic plant, contact a local poison control center, veterinarian, or emergency service immediately.
